What You’ll Do

Are you a PIRATE or ROMANTIC SEE HERE and looking to have a ton of fun?  This isn’t a reactive role; it’s about actively empowering clients to achieve their financial goals through proactive tax planning to change their business and lives. You will be dealing directly with small accounting firm owners and partners so if you don’t have experience doing that we would recommend you DON’T apply. This role is about driving MASSIVE action and change into a human being's life not just answering tickets. If you have a hard time implementing change management in a small business then you will not like it here.  Our clients pay us to tell them the truths they do not want to hear and help them change the hard things in their businesses.  

If you look at your calendar in the morning and see 8 back to back calls and don’t get excited or start crossing your fingers they don’t show up do NOT apply. If you geek out about marketing metrics and sales metrics you will thrive here.  If you are scared of conflict and hard conversations you won’t have fun here. We help these business owners really grow their businesses, not just TALK about growing their business.  Even if that makes them very uncomfortable you will be pushing all of your clients to become a better version of themselves.  If you have a knack for connecting with people, handling dynamic situations, and aren’t afraid of data-driven problem-solving, keep reading.

This isn’t just account management; it’s about creating meaningful impact through our tools. What You’ll Be Doing Daily

  • Confidently manage client interactions, addressing challenges and providing effective solutions on the spot with the occasional mindset reset for your clients.
  • Managing a book of business of 60 clients 
  • Use your strategic mindset to analyze client data, troubleshoot, and build customized roadmaps.
  • Monitor client engagement, ensuring alignment with their financial goals and minimizing churn.
  • Maintain high-touch support and ongoing check-ins to strengthen the relationship and drive success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine client engagement and retention strategies.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • 3+ years of experience in client success or account management, ideally within a SaaS or executive coaching environment.
  • Data-savvy and detail-oriented, with the ability to derive insights and tailor solutions for client growth.
  • A results-driven mindset with a “whatever it takes” attitude for client success.
