  • Role Overview: We seek a Client Success Manager & Media Buyer with a proven track record in agency settings, combining expertise in client management and media buying. This hybrid role requires someone who is not only knowledgeable in digital marketing but also passionate about building strong, long-lasting client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    Facebook Account Management:

    • Manage client accounts, ensuring the success of Facebook campaigns.
    • Make strategic recommendations and prepare reports for clients to optimize campaign performance.
    • Develop and create new campaigns, including crafting compelling ad copy.
    • Follow up on lead generation campaigns to ensure strong ROI.

    Client Success Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Provide outstanding customer service, resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
    • Achieve 90% client retention through clear communication, exceptional service, and by delivering results.
    • Drive client satisfaction by upselling relevant products and services, aiming for 3 successful upsells per quarter.
    • Secure 3 successful client referrals per quarter.
    • Sustain rapport with key accounts by exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.

    Media Buying

    • Strategize, plan, and execute media buying campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
    • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure the best return on investment for clients.
    • Use Agency Analytics and other tools to report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

    Sales & Marketing

    • Implement inbound and outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, emails, and personalized video outreach.
    • Set appointments and drive lead generation efforts to grow the client base.
    • Communicate value propositions to prospective customers and channel partners through calls, emails, and web presentations.
    • Utilize ChatGPT for content creation, lead nurturing, and client communication—showcase your successful use of AI in your marketing strategies.
    • Log contacts, conversations, and accounts in the CRM system.

    Reporting & Strategy

    • Submit brief, monthly/weekly reports detailing results of recent/current efforts and future objectives.
    • Contribute to company strategies for continued success.

    • Previous experience in a leadership role is highly valued.
    • Proven experience in a digital marketing agency, with hands-on expertise in client management and media buying
    • High energy, organized, motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.
    • Proficiency in HighLevel (critical), ClickUp, Google Docs/Drive, Canva, Screenshot Monitor, and Agency Analytics.
    • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO concepts.
    • Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies.
    • Certified or trained in customer service best practices.
    • Demonstrated success in sales, with the ability to listen and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with clear and convincing verbal and written communication in English to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
    • Ability to think on your feet, face challenges creatively and move through tasks efficiently.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to motivate a team, foster a positive environment, and promote efficiency.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and willingness to work after hours as required.
    • Interest and experience in online marketing.
    • Effective team player, willing to take instructions, and eager to learn.
