The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Manager, Account Management to lead our efforts in expanding customer relationships and driving revenue growth across the EMEA region. You will manage and develop a team of account managers, focusing on building long-term customer loyalty and ensuring we meet and exceed our sales targets. In this role, you'll work closely with senior leadership to implement strategies that enhance our market position and deliver exceptional client solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing and inspiring a high-performance sales team across the EMEA region.
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Design and implement a comprehensive business development plan that expands our market presence, focusing on large enterprise and commercial partnerships.
- Foster a High-Performance Culture: Cultivate an inclusive and results-driven sales culture that pushes every team member to excel, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Product: Work closely with marketing and product teams to craft messaging and campaigns that resonate with key verticals, ensuring successful new logo acquisition.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of sales professionals, fostering their development through coaching and mentoring.
- Build Long-Term Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers by thoroughly understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Strategic Forecasting & Reporting: Present sales performance reports, accurate forecasts, and expense analyses to senior leadership, providing insights into emerging trends and opportunities.
- Market Expertise: Identify and capitalize on shifts in the market while staying informed of the competitive landscape, positioning our products effectively.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, ideally within the PDF SDK, software API, or technology industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a consultative approach to meeting customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing sales teams to drive high-level performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide data-driven insights and adapt to shifting market dynamics.
- Solid understanding of the PDF SDK market or similar software technology, with a clear awareness of the competitive landscape.
- Experience managing a sales process from initial strategy through deal closure, particularly within the enterprise and commercial sectors.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, with a process-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
