We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on our EverHealth Products. EverHealth provides modern end-to-end solutions for healthcare providers. Our open, connected ecosystem of solutions and services helps providers engage patients, increase revenue, improve business efficiency, and remain market competitive. We serve 72,000 healthcare practices and counting. EverHealth consists of five SaaS products; DrChrono, iSalus, CollaborateMD, Updox, and MDTec, combined these products offer end to end solutions for the health care industry

In this role, you are responsible for responding to inbound leads generated through our website and strategic marketing efforts. You are responsible for attaining key data to qualify prospects and generating “sales ready” qualified opportunities for Account Executives to close new business. The SDR role is integral for company growth, and you will work closely with both marketing and sales to help grow DrChrono and EverHealth. Successful Sales Development Representatives are promoted into a number of roles depending on their strengths and interests.
Responsibilities:
Engage and qualify warm inbound leads and pass on opportunities to the Sales Account Executives through Salesforce
Engage and revive old leads to create new opportunities for the Account Executives
Run product webinars for freemium users introducing them to DrChrono and the solutions we have for their needs using Zoom
Maintain relationships with our prospects and users until they are ready to qualify Consistently meet team objectives by achieving your qualification quota
Work closely with the sales team on key projects like grassroots marketing, competitor matrixes, and consumer research to optimize the sales process
Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads while creating interest with old leads
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Superb professionalism and ability to interact with C-suite prospects
Customer service experience or in a customer-facing role (optional)
Cold calling and lead generating experience (optional)
Experience using Slack, Zoom, and G Suite. (optional)
1+ year experience using Salesforce (optional)
Proficient using Apple products -- we have iOS apps!

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $26.44/hr USD per year + monthly commissions in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
