🍊 Responsabilidades:

 

  • Administración de backlog técnico y planificación de la ejecución.
  • Participar de reuniones técnicas para validar y proponer soluciones.
  • Resolución de bugs y deuda técnica.
  • Aseguramiento de la calidad de software.
  • Liderar todas las ceremonias del equipo (Standup, grooming, planning, retrospectives).
  • Desarrollo hands on de software.
  • Liderazgo de perfiles técnicos.



🍊 Requisitos


  • Lic o Ing en sistemas, computación o afín.
  • +5 años de experiencia en la liderando equipos técnicos.
  • Liderazgo de perfiles técnicos.
  • Excelente comunicación.

Software:

  • Experiencia en programación (Python or NodeJS), Web API Design, testing and types of tests, observability, security patterns, microservices, design patterns, database basics, devOps CI-CD.
