TLNT is recruiting for a pioneering fintech firm that is a world-class provider of multi-asset fintech products. Our client is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Lead Data Architect to join their Technology Team in Dubai (UAE).

The Role

As the Lead Data Architect, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive data architecture strategy that aligns with the organization's goals. You will play a crucial role in ensuring data governance, quality, security, and compliance while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive data architecture strategy aligned with organizational goals
Establish and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards
Design and implement data integration processes
Collaborate on business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights
Implement data quality controls
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
At least 5 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, database design, and data integration
At least 5 years of experience with event-based architectures
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles
- Experience with data visualization tools, business intelligence platforms, and analytics software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Trading experience preferred
Experience with Azure and Databricks platform preferred
