Traditionally, 90%+ of Career Prep Fellows secure full-time offers by graduation.

The Opportunity
Coaches are key members of the Career Prep team with primary responsibility for successfully guiding a cohort of Fellows through the Career Prep curriculum, contributing to the development of program curriculum and seminar content, understanding job opportunities available at corporate partner organizations, and monitoring fellow progression and outcomes.

  • Evaluate and coach a portfolio of Fellows - via 1:1 and group sessions - through our career development and leadership curriculum and personalized career roadmap
  • Obtain, record, track and manage Fellow outcomes, updates, and qualitative data in our database
  • Create and deliver content for Career Prep seminars and webinars, often in conjunction with corporate partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams and corporate partners to understand the career opportunities available to undergraduates and the success profile required
  • Advise, educate, and prepare Fellows for their best potential job opportunities based on the career roadmap, their skills, and their potential for growth
  • Assist the Career Prep team with fulfilling its growth strategy over the next several years by working with the recruitment and admissions team as needed

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of professional experience in either Software Engineering / Technology, Consulting, Financial Services, or Corporate Management, with a proven record of strong professional achievements
  • Demonstrated understanding of the bar for success in top private-sector organizations - and how to coach fellows to meet that bar
  • Demonstrated bias for action and ability to remain flexible in a growing organization
  • Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build meaningful, quality relationships
