Orum's Engineering Team plays a pivotal role in driving our vision forward. We're tackling some of the toughest challenges sales teams face, and there’s still so much to build. That’s where you come in. In this role, you’ll lead, mentor, and collaborate on a product that’s loved by customers and makes a meaningful difference in their lives.
This is not your typical Engineering Manager role—it’s impactful, dynamic, and hands-on. You’ll spend 80% of your time empowering and scaling a world-class team through leadership, coaching, and performance management. The other 20%? Diving into technical challenges, unblocking your team, contributing to PRs, and ensuring engineering excellence. It’s a perfect fit for someone passionate about people leadership who still loves to flex their technical chops.
Our current technology stack includes NodeJS with Typescript, React, Postgres, Google Cloud Platform, and FreeSWITCH.
Candidates must be based in the United States. This position is not open to other countries at this time.
Salary: $200,000 - $250,000. If you are selected, we'll make an offer within this range that matches the experience you are coming with. We respect your time and don't intend to waste it.
