  • Navigate complex procurement processes and participate in negotiations, while meeting or exceeding financial targets.

  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with potential and existing customers, acting as a thought leader and trusted partner.

  • Present the Enterprise Health solution confidently and credibly through demonstrations, meetings, conferences, and sales-related activities, enhancing your communication and public speaking skills.

  • Define project scope by creating initial statements of work and identifying potential new functionality by staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.

  • Establish long-term partnerships with customers by building trust and credibility through regular interactions and delivering measurable value.

  • Strengthen customer relationships by participating in account reviews, customer satisfaction surveys, and ensuring that value is continuously communicated and demonstrated.

  • Work closely with the Enterprise Health team to contribute to ongoing process improvements and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Efficient time management and collaboration across teams are essential for success in this role.

    • Familiarity with the health IT needs of large employers.
