North America. This position is ideally based in
Austin, Texas, USA.

Key challenges and responsibilities:
As an Aerospace Engineer, you will provide technical expertise to support business development in North America. You will work closely with the commercial team, US industry and government relations, and be responsible for addressing client inquiries and offering technical solutions tailored to their needs.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to the sales team by translating client requests and clearly explaining complex concepts.
- Working directly with the commercial team based in the US, offering expert advice on product capabilities and ensuring client requirements are met.
- Identifying technical solutions that meet the needs of commercial, institutional, and defense clients.
- Preparing detailed technical proposals and documentation in coordination with the Bid Manager, ensuring alignment with client specifications and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their specific needs and providing customized technical solutions.
- Assisting in translating technical specifications into impactful client presentations, demonstrations, and product briefings.
- Contributing to the expansion of the North American market by providing insights based on client feedback and market trends.
- Offering valuable feedback to the Product Manager teams on market trends and client demands for future product development.

About you:
We are looking for someone with at least 6 years of experience in aerospace or defense engineering, with a
deep understanding of Space Situational Awareness (SSA).
You should have a strong technical background and be able to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with North American aerospace and defense regulatory requirements is an advantage. You should be proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
A strong interest in geopolitical matters, especially related to aerospace and defense, is essential.
Contract and compensation:
This is a permanent position with a competitive salary package, depending on experience and qualifications. Up to 100k.
