Job Description
The Field Sales Organization (FSO) Design Sr. Consultant will be responsible for design, planning and support of the sales leadership organization in the Go To Market Teams to achieve sales business objectives. This role will also provide operational consulting and project management support within subject matter expertise for District Sales Leaders, Sales Market Leaders, New Agency Leaders and Dealership Sales Leaders and the rest of the Go To Market Leadership Team. They are viewed as a subject matter expert in sales leadership, consultation and execution for Allstate & agency models and utilizes data and feedback regularly to optimize the sales leadership model and programs. The FSO Design Sr. Consultant reports to the FSO Design Sr. Manager in Agency Strategy Sales Effectiveness.
The ability to story tell with data, influence through consultation and cross functional co creating, and demonstrate change agility and the ability to lead through change will be important in this role. Understanding our distribution partners and agents will be another critical aspect to this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
• Partners with FSO Design Sr. Manager, Sales Zone Leaders and District Sales Leaders to ensure field sales leaders perform their duties as designed in the countrywide FSO model.
• Utilizes subject matter expertise to design, plan and support the sales leadership organization in the Agency Sales Zones and achieve sales business objectives.
• Identifies and resolves unique problems in agency sales results and leverages the sales leadership organization to address agency effectiveness gaps and provide solutions.
• Influences the work of the District Sales Leaders, Sales Market Leaders, New Agency Leaders and Dealership Sales Leaders through project and program execution.
• Gathers quantitative, qualitative and trend data to develop strategies that improve effectiveness of the countrywide field sales support model for all agency types.
• Develops sales leader role optimization, field sales bonus design and annual market realignment recommendations.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $66,800.00 - 120,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
