Your Impact:

We’re looking for a motivated Logistic Coordinator to be a key part of our fast-growing telecommunications and renewables services team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of supporting our Field Teams by receiving, processing, and dispatching service requests across multiple service lines and states. Your contributions will ensure that our field technicians can deliver timely and efficient service to our customers.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy by reviewing daily work orders
  • Collaborate closely with dispatch teams, field managers, and technicians to ensure timely responses from qualified technicians for each job.
  • Use our proprietary cloud-based system to update and manage job statuses in real-time.
  • Handle incoming customer requests and input relevant information into the system.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers to provide updates and resolve inquiries.
  • Adapt and take on additional duties as business needs evolve.


Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.

Core Experience

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and processes.
  • Strong team player with the ability to take on varied tasks as needed.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ease with learning new technology.
  • Demonstrates exceptional accuracy and precision in data entry, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and the integrity of information.


Thursday - Monday

Shift: 8 am - 430 pm Pacific Time

Compensation: $18.00 to 20.00 hourly/DOE
