About the Role
Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will lead and execute service delivery strategy. You will lead a well-rounded team of executives to attain the highest quality delivery outcomes and experience for our existing and new-name customers. Our business model is built on landing and expanding revenues with our customers. You will be working closely with our Sales and Marketing team to ensure that our customer obsession is maintained and that we continue to grow long and fruitful customer relationships. Our Engineering team will be at your disposal too to leverage their skills to deliver quality Service or Presales activities.

We are a small business, with approximately 120 team members, and we expect our leaders to take part in the day-to-day running of the business and importantly developing an ongoing improvement to the structure and processes that will be needed to underpin our growth.
Altamira is a remote-first company, so you can organize your time working from home, coworking spaces across the world and/or our offices in Bratislava, Slovakia or Kyiv, Ukraine. The majority of our team members are in European time zones.
Key areas of activity are:
- Define the strategy and direction for the company development. Aligning goals and KPIs of executives to attain to results supporting company strategy. Leading key strategic initiatives.
- Align and streamline cooperation between all key units:
- Sales/Presales, Marketing
- Engineering
- HR, Talent Acquisition
- Finance
- Admin and operations
- Lead, couch, back and motivate the team of executives to achieve results:
- Develop Personal Development Plans
- 1 to 1 meetings
- Assessments
- Take accountability for Delivering outcomes to the Clients
- Together with a dedicated Finance team manage company financial results, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency and grow revenue
- Work with the Board of Directors to make company strategy, execution results, financials, and customer experience is transparent and presented monthly
Specific Areas of Responsibility
Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will take responsibility for:
- Drive business growth and ways how to achieve it
- Lead and manage strategy execution, transitioning capabilities & positioning from software outsourcing to Software Integrator and AI Solutions Provider
- Lead specific initiatives to support new capabilities and market segment development
- Oversee the ongoing evolution of service quality, assure delivery & engineering excellence, drive continuous improvements
- Guide the investments in the appropriate areas that will support company strategy and value for clients, employees, and shareholders
- Align all internal organizations to support end-to-end customer and employee journey
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit great talents to ensure an effective mix of competencies & capabilities
- Address poor/mediocre executive team members' performance on a timely manner
- Recognize high performers to maintain motivation and retain key talent
- Optimize costs and improve operational efficiencies, manage and achieve target financial results
- Regularly communicate to a team and shareholders about key achievements, progress, company & client news
Your Experience
Academic and professional qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in math, computer sciences, economics, marketing or relevant areas
- Master of Business Administration is a plus
Experience
- Candidates must possess 10+ years of experience in the Digital Transformation space, either as
- sales, marketing, or software engineering roles
- We prefer to have candidates with experience working at software development service
- providers in Europe
- Experience in managing partnerships with technology providers
- Strong experience in managing client relations
- Proven experience leading a team of senior managers
- Demonstrated collaborative style, with the ability to influence diverse teams and build strong relationships across various internal stakeholders
- Proven track record of achieving business and financial results
Languages
- English (full professional proficiency required)
- Any other language skill is highly appreciated.
Compensation package
In addition to the standard benefits package, which includes 20 days of paid vacation, 10 days of sick leave, and all public holidays, this position includes an attractive base salary and performance bonuses, accompanied by stock option
plan allowing you to obtain equity during 5 years.
