Job description

David Kennedy Recruitment is searching for an Account Executive with Italian, to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team

Position:  Account Executive 

Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland

Work model: Remote within Ireland, Hybrid in Dublin

Employment type: Temporary Contract, Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from sales-qualified and marketing-qualified leads to closing, leveraging appropriate resources for each stage
  • Implement established processes and analyze data to make data-driven decisions, developing creative solutions that drive measurable outcomes
  • Manage time effectively, staying organized to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
  • Act as a product and service advocate for clients, promoting awareness and interest in the client’s value proposition
  • Clearly communicate technical and business value propositions to potential clients
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with prospects by being knowledgeable, proactive, and relevant in all interactions
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and develop strategies to outperform competitors
  • Take responsibility for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and clients to identify effective strategies and processes for reaching revenue objectives

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales, recruitment, or building business partnerships
  • Native or fluent in Italian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
  • Experience with online brokers, online marketplaces, IT services, or the SaaS industry is a plus
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to research and identify potential new customers efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to juggle multiple communications and follow-ups effectively
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a focus on achieving results
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving business needs
