Choozle is looking for an Account Executive to build out and grow the Northeast or Southeast market. The ideal candidate will have a positive and coachable attitude, an excitement to meet new people, drive to prospect and set meetings, and a history of exceeding sales goals. The Account Executive will have an exciting opportunity to contribute to the revenue and cultural success of this fast-growing company.
SALARY $70,000 - $110,000 base
LOCATION Candidates would ideally be located in the Northeast or Southeast US region
Must be located and authorized to work in the US. We do not currently offer sponsorship.
Travel will be required
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience selling programmatic
- Experience in digital advertising ecosystem
- Proven ability to exceed quota targets
- Ability to strategically build out new markets and prioritize high value opportunities that will have the greatest revenue impact
- Strong desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment while demonstrating ability to work autonomously
- Solid organizational, communication, system hygiene, and presentation skills
- Expert negotiator and adept at overcoming objections
- Desire to be a visible and valuable team member and take pride in anticipating and meeting the needs of clients
WHAT YOU’LL DO IN YOUR CHOOZLE POSITION
- Manage the entire sales cycle & your territory; from prospecting new clients and selling programmatic digital advertising products to closing new business in your assigned region
- Leverage comprehensive sales tools and collaborate with a supportive team to maximize your success and close high-impact deals
- Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, MediaRadar, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and others
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets and contribute to overall company growth, with clear metrics and milestones to track your success
- Utilize industry-leading sales tools and data platforms, including Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to optimize your sales strategy and performance
- Produce and execute on quarterly market strategy plans to ensure all revenue and activity goals are achieved throughout the year
- Create effective outreach strategy in order to meet and exceed activity and revenue goals
- Present to a variety of key decision makers of various levels both at agencies and brands, from media planners to VPs and C-level executives
- Attend networking events and frequently entertain prospects and clients
- Travel as necessary to markets to elevate Choozle’s presence, support current clients, and close new business
