Job description

In this role, your job will be to use your strong business analysis acumen and program management experience to define and deliver multiple mission-critical initiatives to drive improved business outcomes and accelerate profitable growth.

The role will analyze existing business processes, propose solutions, and coordinate people and actions to ensure that initiatives are delivered on time and with the required results.

You will become the go-to subject matter expert for everything involving a project’s justification, key decisions, execution, and timeline. You will work with a small core team that values integrity, bold ideas, a sense of urgency, and a bias to action. The role will involve working with many stakeholders across different departments and geographies.


What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and channel partners to plan, design, build, and implement business process re-engineering and technology implementation programs that enable the achievement of business imperatives.
  • In collaboration with the cross-functional project team, develop vision, scope, requirements, and test and implementation plans that maximize allocation of resources and ensure timeliness of delivery.
  • Investigate, analyze, and document current operational processes, and build requirements to address desired future states and designs.
  • Design potential solutions to problems identified via analysis and investigation.
  • Develop and update project plans, cost, and resource estimates.
  • Provide regular updates to multiple stakeholder and governance groups, escalating to executive leaders as necessary to advance project aims to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Maintain a cost model for project financials - to track spending and identify budget risks and opportunities, submitting invoices and providing updated project spending forecasts per fiscal calendar deadlines.
  • Develop comprehensive end-to-end test cases at the application and multiapplication levels.

  • What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of progressive experience in Corporate or Military combined ideal
  • Experience in developing and implementing hardware and software solutions for data center and virtual infrastructure technologies.
  • Strong engineering experience with core platforms and services, including VMware, Microsoft Windows Server, DNS, DFS, DHCP, Active Directory, SCCM, data center networking, and storage fundamentals.
  • Virtualization experience with enterprise applications and a focus on cybersecurity and information assurance requirements.
  • Expertise in Data Center Automation, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), API management, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, JSON, Bash).
  • Proven background working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Asana, or similar project management tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements to functional specifications.
  • Technical and analytical skills, including the ability to provide solutions to a variety of business problems of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Project management skills (PMP certification is desired)
  • Proven experience in IT/security
  • Meeting DoD 8570 IAT Level-II requirements.
  • Secret Clearance is preferred, or the ability to obtain Secret Clearance required
  • Up to 40% travel
