The Virtual Assistant will work closely with both Alex and Kyle to support them in a wide range of personal, professional, and event-related tasks. For Alex, the assistant will handle tasks like calendar management, travel arrangements, document preparation, and household support, in collaboration with an in-person assistant. FOR KYLE:
Audience Outreach and Event Promotion
• Conduct outreach to prospective event attendees via social media, SMS, and email, with a focus on driving engagement and attendance.
• Schedule SMS campaigns, segmenting contact lists (VIPs, regular attendees, first-timers), and tracking RSVP confirmations.
• Manage email marketing campaigns for event announcements, reminders, and follow-ups, monitoring engagement to refine messaging.
• Engage with potential attendees on social media, responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries to generate interest.
• Maintain an organized database of attendees, segmenting for VIPs and tracking special requests.
• Create, schedule, and post event-related content (updates, countdowns, sneak peeks) across social media platforms.
• Monitor social media engagement to assess the effectiveness of content and audience interactions.
General Event Support
• Coordinate with vendors, manage RSVPs, and prepare guest lists, segmenting for VIPs and tracking special requests.
• Schedule vendor meetings, track invoicing, and confirm logistics for promotional materials.
• Assist with post-event follow-up, including thank-you emails to attendees, sponsors, and partners, and gathering feedback through surveys.

Calendar and Scheduling Support
• Manage personal calendar, coordinating appointments and establishing reminders for recurring commitments (e.g., medical, beauty appointments).
• Book dining reservations and transportation to ensure smooth scheduling for travel and events.
Document Preparation
• Prepare detailed documents and materials for meetings, ensuring that all necessary materials are organized and readily accessible.
• Maintain a centralized repository of documents in Google Drive for easy reference.
• Research information and gather data as needed for various projects.
Household and Relationship Support
• Oversee household vendors and support roles to ensure smooth residence operations.
