Job description

Your mission

We are seeking an experienced CRM Business  Analyst (m/w/d) to join our team and drive insights that shape strategic business decisions. This role collaborates across departments - including Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Finance - to leverage data for strategic growth. As the CRM Business Analyst (m/w/d), you will maintain, enhance, and analyze our Salesforce CRM to deliver actionable insights, support business forecasting, and create reporting tools that inform our company strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Data Analysis: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, to gather and analyze data relevant to market trends, customer behavior, and strategic goals.

  • Salesforce CRM Management: Maintain, enhance, and optimize our Salesforce CRM system to ensure data accuracy, efficient data workflows, and user accessibility.

  • Insight Generation: Develop, analyze, and interpret data from the CRM to support business strategies, including customer segmentation, sales trends, and market opportunities.

  • Reporting & Dashboarding: Design, generate, and distribute standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards that provide business insights for strategic decision-making.

  • KPI Definition: Define relevant KPIs and develop reporting tools to measure and visualize CRM performance.

  • Forecasting & Modeling Support: Support the team in creating business models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to assess potential strategic initiatives.

  • Strategic Presentations: Prepare and present executive summaries and data-driven recommendations to senior management and business stakeholders.

Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Marketing, or a related discipline)

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar CRM or data analysis role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in organizing, interpreting, and analyzing large datasets.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM including data analysis, report generation, and system maintenance.

  • Proficiency in Tableau for creating visualizations and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Data-driven mindset and proven interest in using data to support business development and strategy, with an enthusiasm for market analysis.

  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving business needs.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work on time.

  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proficiency in English (German language skills are considered an advantage).

Those devices are placed close to an MRI scanner in a clinical environment or a research lab to produce hyperpolarized contrast agents on demand. The hyperpolarized solution is prepared in a fast, fully-automated, multi-step process including chemical reactions, polarization transfer and several purification steps. We develop our commercial products in close collaboration with a
 product development partner, while the process development as well as the design of test setups and prototypes is done in-house.
