c. £75,000pa, Car, Uncapped Bonus & Benefits (OTE £95-100,000 pa)

Role

Experienced and dynamic Head of Sales, responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with key clients in the Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Industrial Machinery, and Consumer Electronics sectors.

Committed to delivering innovative solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery

You

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the vibration, test and measurement equipment industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Industrial Machinery, and Consumer Electronics sectors
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Willingness to travel as required
