Job description

We are an iGaming company with over three years of experience and a team of more than 1300 specialists.

We are looking for a strong and ambitious Head of Sales, who has a deep understanding of all processes within the company and can provide recommendations on how to improve the efficiency of the department. Has strong managerial skills and knows how to improve team performance.

What experience is important to us:

  • 2+ years of experience on a similar position.
  • Experience working on digital products.
  • Proficiency in team management, construction and process control.
  • Ability to provide the results of the department's work in metrics and numbers.
  • Knowledge of English will be a plus.

What you will do:

  • Management of Sales & Marketing teams: planning and control of their work.
  • Analysis and development of the department's development strategy.
  • Building effective communication and long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients together with the team.
  • Analytics and development of the Affiliate direction (keeping internal metrics and working with top managers to improve them) to increase the number of leads.
  • Working with key partners and clients.
  • Development of sales plans, achievement of approved plan indicators.
  • Testing and analysis of competitive markets in order to obtain maximum profitability, traffic optimization\partner program.
