Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm Florida Time (includes 1 hr unpaid break)

Job Description

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of agency policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with doctors’ offices to obtain and manage physician orders
  • Utilize QuickBooks for very basic financial transactions and reporting
  • Manage email correspondence and maintain efficient communication channels
  • Support compliance efforts with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Act as a key liaison between nursing staff, management, and external healthcare providers

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
