Job description

The purpose of this role is to provide early, timely and personal service to workers, employers and stakeholders whilst providing an empathetic customer experience through a specialisation in complex claims. This position focuses on customer service and support to all stakeholders to provide pro-active, tailored, timely and effective management of specialised claims.

This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pro-actively proceed with appropriate case management to achieve the optimum outcome of early sustainable return to work for workers
  • Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders regularly to progress strategies and actions.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and provide a high level of customer service to all parties
  • Conduct health promotion activities to enhance the injured worker’s wellbeing and empower them to participate in their own treatment and recovery.

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrates strong customer service focus with exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Displays sound analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology derived from work experience or tertiary studies in Allied Health is advantageous but not mandatory
