• Initiating outbound calls to clients and tutors

• Taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring their resolution
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer support or service role
  
• A personal laptop and a reliable internet connection and loadshedding backup
  
• A home office environment conducive to work, free from interruptions
