Are you on the lookout for an exciting new opportunity in HR? We are looking for a colleague to join our team as an HR Business Partner! You will be the single point of contact to contribute to the achievement of business objectives. An active member of the leadership team with equal levels of influence and participation. Proactively supporting the delivery of end-to-end HR Processes cooperating with other HR professionals.


Job Responsibilities

  • Advice and support for managers and employees in all strategic HR issues as well as labor law issues for Austria.
  • Cooperation with the works councils regarding ongoing employee issues, shaping new works agreements, etc.
  • Supporting personnel development, succession planning, and talent management. Planning together with workforce management the strategic & operational organization of all HR processes.
  • Proactive development of HR measures in the Central Europe region in coordination with global and regional HR strategies (for salary, bonuses, on- and offboarding, etc.)
  • Contributing to the development & implementation of HR vision and strategy
  • Responsible for execution of talent identification/development processes within the organization in cooperation with the Talent Management team within own scope of responsibility
  • Working closely with senior management to agree on quantitative & qualitative (skills & capability planning) workforce planning in line with business strategy


Job Requirements

  • A university degree Bachelor's or Master's in the HR or Management field.
  • Fluency in German and English (C1 level).
  • Employment law certification.
  • Proven track record of managing complex people issues, working with the business to manage organizational change, and working strategically
  • Solid experience in influencing and coaching senior managers to maintain high business performance through employee motivation
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills, proven proactivity, and skills in teamwork
  • Project Management and Change Management Skillс
  • Capability to understand Labor Law in different countries with a focus on Austria
