Job description

Position Overview

RecruitGo is in search of a Holiday Rental Administrator, who will manage reservations, provide excellent customer service, and coordinate with property owners, cleaning, and maintenance teams to ensure properties are in top condition. You will also handle payment processing, administrative tasks, and support marketing efforts to keep listings updated and attract new guests.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth communication via phone, email, and chat.

In addition, you'll generate reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback, using data to recommend improvements. By collaborating with internal teams, you’ll ensure each guest has a seamless, high-quality experience while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

Reservation Management

  • Process and manage booking inquiries and reservations.
  • Update booking systems with reservation details and guest information.

Guest Communication

  • Respond to guest inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide information about properties, amenities, and local attractions.

Property Management

  • Coordinate with property owners regarding availability and maintenance issues.
  • Ensure that properties meet quality and cleanliness standards before guest arrivals.

Payment Processing

  • Manage invoicing and payment collection from guests.
  • Handle refunds and adjustments as needed.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Generate reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Customer Service

  • Address guest complaints or issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
  • Gather feedback from guests to improve services and experiences.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in updating property listings on various platforms.
  • Help implement marketing strategies to attract new guests.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain organized records of bookings, guest communications, and property details.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with on-site teams, cleaning staff, and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align strategies and improve service delivery.

Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for each property.
