What will you do?

  • Control and monitoring of projects in execution:
  • Main activities:
  • Order registration
  • Billing
  • Portfolio tracking
  • Request for Guarantees and Monitoring until cancellation.
  • Sales Recognition.
  • Project Risk Assessment
  • Coverage Creation
  • Modification and blocking/unblocking of clients.
  • Sanity check comments and corrections, adjustments
  • Inventory Sales orders and PO's
  • Sanity Check comments integration
  • OCC Review

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Admin, accounting or similar.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in projects within the electrical industry preferred.
  • Experience working with different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced english.
  • Experience with tools such as Power BI, Dashboards, SAP.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Collaboration with other areas.
