We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Payment Integrity Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner for Conduent’s Payment Integrity Solutions business unit, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering payment integrity solutions for the “healthcare” industry that make a real impact. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
Product Roadmap Development:
- Develop and maintain a clear and strategic product roadmap for multiple payment integrity solutions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align the product roadmap with overall business goals.
Requirement Gathering and Documentation:
- Work closely with internal teams, including IT, to gather and document detailed requirements for each solution.
- Clearly articulate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure a smooth and efficient product development lifecycle.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure a shared understanding of project goals.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market needs, and competitor offerings.
- Use market insights to inform product strategy and ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Product Launch and Support:
- Coordinate the launch of new products, features, and enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure product success and address any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of payment integrity solutions and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, and Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $139k - $185K.
