Work location: Remote

Job Description

  • Install, configure, and maintain IBM InfoSphere environments: This includes setting up new installations, performing minor version upgrades, and applying product fix pack
  • Monitor system performance: Identify issues, implement improvements, and ensure the optimal usage and efficient performance of the infrastructure
  • Manage and maintain DataStage environments: This involves administrating and maintaining a DataStage shared environment across multiple domains, including designing and resizing the environment based on project needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Provide end-to-end support on all IBM InfoSphere products related issues, including stopping/starting engine services, monitoring logs, and setting up security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Engage with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to key decisions
  • Develop new tools and processes: Ensure effective use of the DataStage product by developing new tools and processes
