The Operation Specialist is responsible for preparing and analyzing service quotes for potential clients, ensuring that pricing accurately reflects costs, margins, specific service conditions, and the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed service quotations for prospective clients, ensuring accuracy in costs, margins, and specific terms.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to tailor quotes to each client’s specific requirements.
• Analyze rates and maintain an updated backlog of service quotations.
• Actively participate in evaluating and adjusting pricing strategies based on market, regional, or industry changes.
• Develop and propose pricing strategies that enhance the company’s competitiveness and profitability.
