Role: We’re looking for a People Partner to lead our instructor/mentor experience initiatives. This role will be instrumental in managing our growing mentor community, enhancing their experience, and ensuring smooth onboarding and engagement throughout their journey with us. If you thrive in managing processes, solving problems proactively, and creating seamless experiences for tech instructors, we’d love to have you onboard.


This position will require night shift availability to cater to instructors across time zones, particularly those based in the United States. Ideal candidates will have experience managing tech professionals and working with remote, international communities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Instructor Experience Management: Oversee the entire instructor lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring smooth transitions and high engagement.
  • Onboarding Optimization: Develop and refine the onboarding process for new instructors, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and information needed to succeed.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor mentor activity, engagement, and outcomes through defined metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Engagement and Retention: Conduct regular check-ins and gather feedback from instructors to maintain high morale, resolve issues, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the instructor experience and drive efficiencies in the engagement workflow.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and course managers to align the instructor experience with business goals and learner outcomes.
  • Mentor Community Building: Cultivate a thriving mentor community, fostering knowledge-sharing, best practices, and continuous development within the group.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide strategic insights to leadership based on instructor feedback, engagement trends, and industry best practices.
