We are seeking a dynamic and versatile People Operations Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role that encompasses HR responsibilities and supporting the founders in various areas of the company. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end HR process, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition events.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
Oversee HR administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Provide support to the founders in various areas, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Overseeing Finance Operations, such as invoicing clients, payroll preparation
Other admin tasks such as liaising with Accountant and Corporate Secretary, reviewing financial statements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Experience in managing a customer support team and driving excellent customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Tech Savvy, proficiency in HRIS, ATS and similar software.
Experience working in a tech/SaaS company
