JOB DESCRIPTION
The VP, Sales will drive new bookings growth across ASG Operating Companies by partnering with CEOs and sales leaders to implement proven sales strategies. A superb candidate has a track record of leading 5-20 person sales teams to extraordinary bookings growth, a disciplined and data-driven approach to essential sales activities like forecasting and prospect qualification, and an uncanny ability to win in relationships. In this role you won’t be carrying a team quota, but you will be responsible for enabling the success of our operating companies’ sales teams through mentorship, strategic guidance, and process refinement.

Base Salary Range: The target salary range for this position is $200K-240K, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including an annual bonus, employer-paid benefits, L&D stipend and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
