Job Title
Modality Sales Specialist Emergency Care Iberia

Job Description

Your role:

· You will work closely with the European Business Category Leaders, the wider European Emergency Care zone teams to design and execute on our EC plans for Iberia. You will support and nurture our channel partners for short and long term success.

· You will Identify and initiate new business opportunities with partners.

· You will support partners with technical insights, training, and marketing to boost EC product adoption.

· You will develop growth ideas and align them with European EC leads for the Iberian market.

· You will coordinate sales forecasting and activities, providing market insights and product updates.

· You will build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) adn distributors.

You're the right fit if:

1. You have bachelor’s in business, medical engineering, or related field, with 7+ years in business/marketing/sales with obligatory P&L experience.
2. You have expertise in Emergency Care devices or similar medical devices; clinical knowledge of defibrillation products is a plus.
3. You have proven experience with indirect channels and distributors; yopu are skilled in stakeholder management and collaboration.
4. You have strong business acumen with a customer-focused approach and ability to drive results in a matrix structure.
5. You have excellent communication skills in English and Spanish and readiness for extensive travel across Iberia and occasionally Europe.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
