Project Summary

Key Areas of Work

The key services that you'll be asked to provide are: 

• Work with country teams and central teams on frameworks that enables efficiencies and scalability.
• Analyse the current landscape, systems and processes and identify gaps or potential improvements.
• Find scalable solutions and measure their impact in cost and/or time saving.
• Work with the Programs & Deployment team and the Managed Service Providers to implement these scalable solutions.
• Use data to identify and communicate any gaps or issues preventing successful execution of a solution but also find opportunities for further improvement.
• Provide regular updates on the successes and potential pitfalls by producing comprehensive presentations which include data points accompanied with insights and recommendations.
• Document processes and produce relevant playbooks.

Mandatory Skills/Experience

Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following: 

• Hands on, self starter with the ability to work autonomously.
• Is able to deal with ambiguity.
• Great ability to quickly understand and use different systems and tools with minimal guidance.
• Great understanding of the multi-language and multi-cultural aspect of a highly fragmented region.
• Experience in project/program management with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced use of Excel and Keynote.

Optional Skills/Experience

It will also be advantageous if you bring:

• MS Excel and Apple Keynote skills
