Role Name: HR Specialist/Administrator - Healthcare Services

Schedule:

  • Full-time, M - F 9:30am - 5:30pm

Job Description

As an HR Specialist/Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our client’s healthcare workforce. You’ll be at the forefront of managing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with Australian regulations, and contributing to key HR initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector while developing your HR expertise. Responsibilities
  • Drive recruitment efforts to expand our talented workforce across multiple states
  • Manage and optimize data entry processes for efficient HR operations
  • Ensure staff compliance with Australian healthcare regulations and company policies
  • Spearhead initiatives related to fair work rate increases and performance reviews
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Australian employment standards

Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably within the healthcare or social services sector
  • Strong knowledge of Australian fair work regulations and NDIS compliance requirements is a major advantage
  • Excellent data management and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in recruitment processes and best practices
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
