Title: Go-to-Market Advisor, AI Solutions P4

Location: Remote US (some on-site and travel required)

Reports To: Chief Digital Officer

 

The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Go-to-Market Analyst to drive our market presence and support sales effectiveness for our AI Solutions group. This role will serve as a crucial bridge between product, sales, marketing, and industry teams, ensuring cohesive and professional market engagement.

This role will be instrumental in building a more disciplined and professional go-to-market approach, ultimately contributing to increased sales effectiveness and market success through aligned sales and marketing efforts.

 

What You'll Be Doing in This Role:

Client Meeting Preparation and Support

Note: there is a client facing sales organization that this role will work with in pursuit of sales of AI Solutions.

  • Prepare sales and industry teams for client meetings by developing targeted materials and briefing documents aligned to context specific opportunity/problem areas for prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with our industry leads and client facing account leads to research prospective clients and markets to inform meeting strategies.
  • Coordinate pre-meeting logistics with pre-sales product development team and client facing sales leads and ensure all participants have necessary material, and a clear understanding of roles and outcomes.
  • Manage meeting outcomes and follow-up actions.

Pipeline Management

  • Track and analyze sales pipeline metrics and coordinate account-level review meetings, ensuring pre-sales resources and activities are continuously aligned to dynamic growth opportunities.
  • Generate regular fit for purpose pipeline reports and forecasts for group leadership and executive stakeholders alike.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  • Monitor and manage account action items to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate cross-functional responses to client requests.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and next steps.

Sales and Marketing Collateral Development

  • Create compelling presentations, product brochures, and demo materials that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate technical features into customer-focused benefits.
  • Maintain and update sales enablement materials to reflect current product offerings and market positioning.
  • Work with marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all sales materials

Marketing Coordination

  • Align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns and messaging.
  • Coordinate with marketing team on lead generation activities and content creation.
  • Support marketing events and trade shows that drive sales opportunities.
  • Ensure sales team has access to latest marketing materials and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Required
    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 3+ years of experience in consulting.
    • Strong analytical and project management skills.
    • Strong presentation skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Preferred
    • Experience in B2B sales environment.
    • Knowledge of sales methodology and best practices.
    • Background in creating sales enablement materials.
    • Experience in the Auto industry
    • Experience in Data and Analytics product offerings
