Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Remote Executive Assistant to support our CEO and help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You will be responsible for managing schedules, handling communication, and providing both technical and administrative support. Your work will be key to ensuring our executive team can focus on the big picture.

What will you do? You will…

Administrative Support:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

  • Handle email communication and respond on behalf of the CEO.

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining client records.

Client Management:

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide great customer service.

  • Coordinate client meetings to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Keep client information confidential and secure.

Communication and Correspondence:

  • Manage executive email and other communication channels.

  • Draft emails and other written materials for the CEO.

Technical Support:

  • Get familiar with our online marketing platforms and tools.

  • Provide tech support to team members and clients.

  • Be the first point of contact for tech questions, escalating complex problems as needed.

Content and Social Media Management:

  • Help organize and schedule online content and social media posts.

  • Manage our agency's online presence, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.

  • Engage with our online community and assist with content promotion.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate and manage marketing projects like campaign launches, events, and webinars.

  • Track project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Data and Analytics:

  • Assist with collecting and analyzing data to create reports.

  • Provide insights that help support decision-making.

Research and Support:

  • Conduct research on industry trends and marketing strategies.

  • Provide summaries and recommendations based on research findings.

General Support:

  • Arrange travel, track expenses, and prepare presentations for the CEO.



Requirements

You might be the one if you have…

  • At least 2+ years of experience in being an executive assistant

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Project and time management expertise

  • Experience using Facebook Groups, Zoom, Google Suite, High Level, Vimeo, ClickFunnels, Trello.

  • Good writing skills

  • Experience in community management and customer success.
