Location: This position is remote within the United States.
The Director of Growth plays a key role within the Global Growth team, identifying and supporting the development of strategic relationships with potential clients and partners. Partnering closely with the marketing and demand generation functions, they will manage new business growth opportunities and guide them from the qualification and opportunity briefing phase through to the pitch phase, working in collaboration with both product and craft pods.
What you’ll do:
- Build relations and manage communication with prospective clients.
- Create written RFI and RFP responses.
- Develop proposal materials inclusive of case studies, initial POVs on prospective clients’ businesses, and strategic presentations.
- Input and influence how to best market and sell Huge to potential clients.
- Directly contribute prospect identification and outbound marketing.
- Work closely with the Global Growth team and tap into the Huge network on a daily basis to identify cross craft partners.
- Manage the new business process from start-to-finish, including qualifying initial opportunities, writing pitch briefs, and collaborating with key internal stakeholders on key deliverables and win strategies.
- Work under the general supervision of the Global Chief Growth Officer as well as collaborating with global product and craft pods.
What we’d like to see:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a demonstrably successful track record in business development and commercial growth.
- Experience in a consulting or agency environment within business development.
- An ability to read briefs and RFPs for a comprehensive understanding of client business goals and strategic imperatives and ability to help translate for the pitch team to develop strategic deliverables.
- Strong writing skills and experience creating the highest quality business development proposals and marketing materials.
- The ability to actively manage relationships with prospective clients from initial conversation though to close.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
- Personal interest in the business, marketing and consulting world.
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail in mapping out complex pitch schedules and team timelines.
