Job description

Spiralyze is a data-driven A/B testing company with headquarters in the United States with clients from major brands such as Pepsi, Netflix, General Electric, Abbott, American Express, Dream Host, TechSmith, VWO, and many more. We use design and optimization to help our clients generate more revenue from their website traffic.

The Deck Analyst leads in creating and QAing high-value presentations throughout the company. You will be responsible for creating Google Slide decks for all of our clients using our template library, telling powerful stories that our clients will want to share within their own team!

You should have a keen eye for detail - making sure that everything is 100% perfect. You must also be able to work under pressure, delivering decks on time and making changes on the fly.

No prior experience is necessary; you will receive training on the job.

The role is particularly well suited to someone with an interest in a career in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing. In this role, you will gain valuable skills in digital marketing, UI/UX best practices, and consumer psychology.

Responsibilities:

  • Create presentation decks from templates using Google Slides.
  • QA presentation decks to ensure all errors are caught before they reach the client.
  • Make last-minute changes to our decks whenever needed.
  • Maintain consistent design and formatting standards across all of our decks.
  • Update our templates on a regular basis to keep them fresh.

Requirements and skills:

  • Willing to learn: Can easily be trained to learn the processes.
  • Good written communication skills: Excellent command of the English language in writing.
  • Motivated: Able to maintain a strong work ethic.
  • Above-average IQ, EQ, and drive.
  • Able to overlap with Eastern Standard Time for at least 5 hours every day.
  • Work setup: Must have a laptop/desktop with a strong internet connection.
  • Working knowledge of Google Slides is a must, knowledge of Figma is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented: Please type "purple" in the "References" field in the application form below.
  • Time Management. Able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time with tight deadlines.

Benefits:

  • Cutting-edge work: Learn from the leaders in the high growth Conversion Rate Optimization sector.
  • Work location: Permanently remote
  • Competitive salary: 800-900 USD (Gross). This a position for an independent contractor.
  • Full-time position with semi-flexible working hours: Must overlap for at least 5 hours each day with ET (usually 8 AM to 1 PM ET). The other 3 hours are up to you.
  • Technological reimbursement: Need a new computer? New software? We will help!
  • Education: You’ll have the opportunity to level up your skills with company-sponsored courses and training.
  • Paid leave: 20 days of annual paid vacation plus holiday leaves. You can choose to follow the US or local holidays.
