Job description

This is a remote position.

Job highlights: 
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Full time hours
  • Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm Manila Time (9am to 6pm Sydney)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop robust relationships with industry brokers and platforms to maximize lending opportunities by effectively matching our tailored financial products to the end customers' needs.
  • Enhance and maintain strong connections with brokers and aggregators, ensuring they are fully aware of our diverse range of products and services.
  • Actively participate in networking events and public relations efforts to boost broker engagement and awareness.
  • Work in close affiliation with our team, including an assistant relationship manager, to construct deals and oversee credit risk management efficiently.
  • Provide support to Senior Management in strategic planning, leading, and directing the sales team towards achieving set targets.
  • Exhibit professional behavior and work ethics that contribute to achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Requirements
  • Possess a network of established relationships within the finance broking sector.
  • Have a background in business banking, credit management, and commercial property finance.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate lasting relationships with key stakeholders, both externally and internally.
  • Strong communication skills, with a particular knack for presenting ideas and deals effectively.
  • Can build rapport and lasting relationships with brokers and clients.
  • Very personable and has excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with analytical skills that complement your approach to work.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset, with a flexible approach to work operations and the agility to travel as needed.
  • Outstanding presentation skills that resonate well within the financial industry.
