We are seeking a dynamic Ecommerce Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement for Labcorp OnDemand. This role will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers, while building journeys that increase customer lifetime value (CLV). The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented marketer with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, customer behavior, and ecommerce best practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive revenue for the Labcorp OnDemand business.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Support initiatives to acquire new customers while enhancing retention rates through targeted marketing efforts.
- Retention Journeys: Design and execute customer retention journeys that foster engagement, increase customer loyalty, and maximize CLV.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, digital, IT, ecommerce, legal, compliance, and customer service teams to build, launch, and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content that resonates with our target audience, supports our brand messaging, and drives organic search volume
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and customer engagement in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and retention strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, email marketing software, CRM systems).

Pay Range: Annual Salary - $95,000 - $105,000
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
