We are looking for an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to support the G400 Flight Test program onsite in Savannah, Georgia. The mission of the IPT is to champion planning, coordination, and communication responsible for overall cost, schedule, and quality as directed by the Flight Test Manager. You will manage and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team across multiple parts of the organization and be the focal point for the Program Office and the Customer.  You are also responsible for ensuring the teams objectives are achieved on schedule, within budget, and consistent with quality and technical standards. This position will work onsite at the customer site.

What YOU will do

  • Assist with flight test operations, including supporting aircraft retrofit campaigns and general flight test support.

  • Coordinate logistics of Collins hardware, tooling, chemicals, and retrofit related paperwork.

  • Manage Collins hardware and tooling inventory cage and ensure EH&S compliance.

  • Support post-flight inspections by collaborating with key team members across multiple Collins functional teams.

  • Communicate effectively with customer and internal team on all flight test related activities.

  • Update trackers to create metrics and ensure operational performance.

  • Manage time sensitive tasks by implementing successful organizational methods.

  • Support lean events to improve processes.

  • Actively work extended hours, including alternate shifts and weekends, to support the flight test schedule.

  • Travel up to 25%.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP system.

  • Experience developing program plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Experience with Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Project, Excel)

  • Experience with Continuous Improvement processes.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Previous Aerospace, Flight Test, and/or Production experience.

  • Experience with Aerospace Nacelle hardware product line.

  • Experience creating MS PowerPoint presentations and presenting to internal and external leadership.

  • Manufacturing operations experience with up-to-date Manufacturing Engineer stamp.

  • Experience working with Material Review Board (MRB).

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
