Summary/Objective

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated creative thinker to join our team. This role will support our efforts in analyzing sales and bonus data, identifying trends, and providing valuable insights to markets. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and highly proficient in Power BI. Strong analytical and communication skills will be necessary for success in this role.
Essential Functions
The responsibilities we’ll entrust to you:
- Business/Data Understanding
- Analyze sales and bonus data
- Tailor solutions and insights to meet the specific needs and values of different markets
- Maintain a in depth understanding of CScore and ELEVATE
- Perform manual data analysis in Excel
- Utilize Power BI to create advanced reporting and dashboards
- Design and maintain mid-month trending and EOM reporting for markets
- Regularly share findings and communicate those with key stakeholders
- Think creatively to identify new insights and data points that will benefit the markets
- Contribute to driving market profit, reducing dealer turnover, and increasing dealer satisfaction
On any given day, the Sales Incentive Analyst will spend time:
- Maintaining and updating any CScore related reporting or dashboards
- Prepare data for leadership to make CScore related decisions (i.e. run a challenge or not, change targets, change KPIs, hit the desired distribution)
- Design creative solutions providing market CScore updates
- Help troubleshoot issues with the Centrical platform
- Create reporting for leadership updates
- Come up with ways to advance the CScore program through data

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This is a remote position.
Physical Demands
Must be able to sit for long periods of time, Must be able to stand for long periods of time
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel

Required Education and Experience
- 4 year degree
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creativity, and the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Understanding of Dealer and customer experience
- The ability to lead through influence
