Job Title: Senior Marketo Administrator

Job Type: Contract, Full-Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Marketo Administrator to manage and enhance Marketo environments. This role will oversee a wide range of marketing automation activities, including executing efficient workflows, supporting cross-functional projects, and ensuring high-quality, timely campaign delivery. You will work closely with various teams to align marketing automation efforts with business objectives and provide administrative support for Marketo and CRM data integrity. The ideal candidate is a Marketo expert with proven experience in managing complex campaigns and databases, coupled with a strong understanding of marketing workflows and automation best practices. Your role will drive impactful outreach and support multiple functions, by ensuring smooth, efficient campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Optimize: Take full ownership of the Marketo instance, focusing on scalable, high-impact campaign operations that drive measurable results.
  • Campaign Execution: Design, build, and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and workflows in line with best practices, continuously optimizing for effectiveness.
  • Systems Integration: Lead integrations between Marketo, Salesforce, and other critical platforms to ensure seamless data flow, accurate lead tracking, and consistent reporting.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with revenue operations, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing automation initiatives with broader business goals, refining campaigns based on real-time feedback and objectives.
  • Performance Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis on campaign performance across multiple metrics (email, landing pages, conversion rates), and make data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Documentation & Standardization: Develop and maintain robust documentation for processes, templates, and configurations, ensuring easy replication and consistency.
  • Innovation & Continuous Learning: Stay current on Marketo product updates and new features, driving continuous improvements in our marketing capabilities and identifying emerging tools and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Marketo Administrator or in a similar role focused on marketing automation.
  • Marketo Certification (Marketo Certified Expert) or similar credentials are strongly preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize emails and landing pages.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience with campaign performance tracking, A/B testing, and making data-driven optimizations.
  • Project Management & Collaboration: Strong skills in managing multiple projects with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
