This is remote role, however you must be located within 50 miles of Austin, TX to be considered.

About You

As the Creative QA Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team ensuring the flawless delivery of a large amount of creative assets, including static banners, animations, and live-action video content in up to 60 languages (no knowledge of the languages required). Far beyond traditional proofreading, you will review content, visual elements, and audio (such as voiceover and sound), and check for alignment with brand guidelines.

Collaborating closely with other departments on the creative team, this role involves meticulous and repeated review at various stages throughout the life of a multitude of projects, to catch layout issues, grammar and style inconsistencies, as well as brand misalignment across multiple brands. You will also check translation documents for consistency, and verify final deliverables against project briefs.

Ideal candidates have experience in creative quality assurance (preferably in an agency), excellent proofreading skills, familiarity with Chicago and AP grammar styles, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, solid time management, and a collaborative spirit are essential to success in this role.

What you’ll do

  • Performing quality assurance reviews on all digital assets/deliverables, including static banners, social media animation, and presentation decks
  • Ensuring that all deliverables are consistent with brand standards and guidelines
  • Keeping in close communication with PMs to ensure all deliverables are on track
  • Keeping up to date on and adhering to QA best practices across different platforms

What you’ll bring

  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably in an agency environment (not required)
  • Excellent proofreading skills (required)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Chicago and AP grammar styles
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills in both individual and group settings
  • Ability to identify layout issues of individual projects and work quickly
  • and independently to provide critical feedback when necessary
  • Adoption of Creative team’s communication and project management tools

 Additional things that will impress us:

  • Experience using a DAM
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Experience in a performance marketing agency a plus (not required) 

Proficiency in the following programs/tools:

  • Dropbox and Google Drive
  • Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
  • Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

The anticipated salary range for this position is $74,300 - $90,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
