Job description

T-Rex Solutions, LLC has an opening for a senior executive to lead its Intelligence Community (Intel) Division. We are seeking a growth and team-oriented proven leader to direct a growing organization providing mission-critical program management and technology solutions to national security customers. The Division Director will report directly to the Executive Vice President (EVP) of National Security (Nat Sec) and will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Intel programs and execute growth strategies that lead to the capture of Next Generation Information Technology programs. The Division Director is expected to develop and manage relationships with current and potential customers, business partners, and industry stakeholders while engaging our workforce to grow the business and deliver flawless performance. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategy to expand our footprint at MPO, including prime contracts
  • Develop and nurture a culture of innovation and engineering capability and excellence
  • Lead all employees supporting critical Intel programs that delight our customers
  • Maintain and grow an inclusive culture and working environment
  • Partner with the EVP Nat Sec, Chief Growth Officer (CGO), the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer (CTIO), other corporate stakeholders, and the National Security Board of Advisors to develop strategic market plans identify, capture, and win profitable business opportunities
  • Oversee operational, financial and technical performance of the business unit including forecasting and budgeting for all Intelligence Community P&L personnel
  • Mentor and cultivate technical and leadership talent to enable business growth, working with the Chief People Officer (CPO) and CTIO to ensure professional development programs are in place to maintain a thriving workforce. 
  • Demonstrate highly ethical behavior that is conducive to professional growth, employee engagement, and continuous staff development
  • Work closely with other executive leaders, program managers, business operations managers, and technical leads, and collaborate across the company to foster teamwork to achieve T-Rex enterprise and growth objectives. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years’ experience leading and winning complex information technology-based solution contracts in the Intel space, with a specific emphasis on the MPO space
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to access the customer and employees on-site
  • Experience leading a multi-faceted technical and program support organization with responsibility for staff development, performance, product delivery, and customer relationships
  • Ability to reach key potential customers and decision makers through a strong network of Federal clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • A strong network of both Government and Industry leadership in the Intel Community technology market space
  • Strong track-record of organizational leadership and business management, including strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated skills in managing customer requirements and working with customers and partners to meet or exceed customer requirements
  • Demonstrated skills to shape requirements and develop new business strategies
  • Candidate must be able to motivate employees, ensure engagement, and possess outstanding verbal and written communications skills  
  • A sound understanding of emerging requirements in national security sectors, and experience working with or in MPO Programs and organizations. 

Desired Skills:

  • Master's degree in an Engineering, Technology, Management, or Business discipline, or a related field is highly desired
  • Proven experience in leading and managing digital transformation and optimization efforts using cloud and agile-based systems and have a sound understanding of Federal cybersecurity technology and protocols, systems integration, and data analytics
  • Experience working in government leadership positions within the national security sectors
  • Active participation and membership in Industry/Government associations

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
