Your main responsibilities
As Opella Head of Transfer Pricing, you will be in charge of the global strategy for Transfer Prices, by defining and managing the group Transfer Pricing policies in a compliant and optimized manner as well as managing the IP ownership strategy for the group.

Key missions:
  • design and implement IP ownership strategy, including IP ownership policy definition and management, migration of IP, valuation for licenses and intercompany transfer of assets;
  • design together with the Global Head of Tax policies for all intercompany flows and ensure its practical implementation with Operational Transfer Pricing Team;
  • continuously review and seek to improve the group TP policies;
  • ensure that the value chain within Opella is aligned with the Transfer pricing regulations;
  • ensure TP global compliance;
  • ability to work with different type and level of stakeholders (Regional & Country Tax members, GBS Accounting, mainly Interco and A2R (in Hubs & Local Tax Compliance Managers)
  • based on the StratPlans built by Opella Performance Teams, provide the necessary analytics to the Tax Team members and model out the possible changes in TPs in order to secure tax forecasts and the ETR planification;
  • defend TP policies by managing APA and MAPs and providing support to tax in countries for TP audits.
About you
  • Deep knowledge of transfer pricing & international tax regulation
  • Minimum 10-year experience in transfer pricing, both in a tax firm and in-house (experience in healthcare being a strong plus)
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling & data analytics
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization (a business partner mindset, service oriented, is a must)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in English
