Description of Job Role and Responsibilities:
1. This role includes sales of humdification solutions such as Evaporative Precoolers for Chillers/Condensor (EPCC) & Evaporative humidifiers to HVAC Contractors /Consultants/ OEMs / End customers etc.
2. Elevate the cellulose pad business through distributors as well as selling directly to various industrial applications such as warehouse cooling, textiles, automotive industry etc. and agricultural applications such as poultry and greenhouse.
3. Driving business growth in select markets of North India through identification & development of untapped market for business penetration for Munters humidification & other solutions.
4. Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting the key benefits and features of our products and services.
5. Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients
6. Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments
8. Estimating and reporting
Must Have:
1. Ability to travel extensively in the industrial belts, generate lead and convert them in orders.
2. Analytics skills to analyze overall market and target customer with solution sales approach.
3. Knowhow of air properties, psychrometric charts and understand process cooling requirements.
4. Willing to drive sales with passion & aggression by ensuring achieving monthly goals & targets.
5. Knowledge of HVAC systems
Experience and Skills required:
4-6 years in humidification Systems, Air treatment concepts & HVAC applications
Customer relationships, managing sales team, marketing and sales
Skills to represent a brand like Munters
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Academic background
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech in Mechanical / B.E Mechanical.
Languages known:
Fluency in English, Hindi
