Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist skilled in Cake, Everflow, and Bobberdoo to drive quality lead management and optimize conversions. This role supports sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and distributing leads effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads using Cake, Everflow, and Bobberdoo
- Track and optimize lead performance to improve conversions
- Collaborate with the sales team for seamless lead handoff
- Analyze data to provide insights on lead quality and campaign success

Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, with expertise in Cake, Everflow, and Bobberdoo
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in sales is a plus

- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
