What are we looking for?
As a Service Rostering and Scheduling Officer, you will be a key member of one of the most critical teams within our organisation. This dynamic and fast-paced teamwork environment will enable you to have a positive impact on the lives of our clients, supporting them to live as independently as possible. Our Service Delivery Rostering and Scheduling Team is the critical link to connect our amazing clients with our dedicated support workers, who provide exceptional support services and quality care.

What are you expected to do?

  • Schedule support services for our Community Aged Care, NDIS, and Private clients.
  • Roster our field team members to meet service delivery requirements.
  • Ensure staff are rostered in accordance with their conditions of employment and the SCHADS Award.
  • Speak Fluent English to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
  • Read and interpret Support Plans to tailor services to client needs.
  • Maintain sound administrative and computer skills to manage scheduling and rostering systems.

  • You are willing to work in these particular schedule: Monday to Friday: 6:30am – 2:30pm (will need to be flexible with these hours as they may change up to 2hrs either side)


We will be absolutely thrilled if you also have the following:

  • Knowledge of the private pay aged care industry/issues or Community In-Home Care is desirable.
  • Previous experience in Aged Care or a related discipline is desirable.
  • Previous experience in an office management capacity is essential.

What happens after you submit your application?

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

  • There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
  • We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
  • If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.

We would be grateful if you have these already:

  1. Fit to Work/Health Card (Basic 5 employment medical tests)
  2. NBI Clearance
  3. Social IDs - PHIC, SSS, HDMF, TIN
  4. Character references with contact info
